Under the agreement, Pointerra3D will be offered in connection with Inertial Labs' RESEPI lidar hardware product
line, including its EchoONE, RESEPI GEN-II, RESEPI LITE, and RESEPI Ultra LITE sensors. Inertial Labs
maintains an established footprint across some of the largest and fastest-growing infrastructure markets in the
United States, including electric utilities, survey and mapping, transportation, and government and defense,
placing Pointerra3D in front of a large, technically sophisticated customer base that is actively investing in lidar-
enabled data capture and digital twin technology. The partnership significantly extends Pointerra's addressable
market and channel presence across these sectors, with the potential for further international reach through Viavi
